Josh is the backbone to the business bringing in his experience of managing his own business and his years as a salesman. His goals are his focus and he doesn’t lack persistence.
Nicole is the behind the scenes paperwork hoarder and organizer. She makes lists so she can check them off and makes silly mistakes to make sure to keep the boys laughing.
Josh and Nicole have 4 crazy kids and love life on their mini farm, where travels and adventures are a must. Nicole loves to grow things. Flowers, garden, cows and kids, and she loves that she can usually convince Josh into working beside her at all these things. Josh loves to have a good time. Jeep adventures, building a skoolie bus, camping and even dancing on a public table when the mood’s right, and inevitably convinces Nicole to be a participant in these events, even if her eyes are closed. “Work hard, play hard” is their motto and encourage their kids to understand this by forcing them to do chores, working in the garden, preserving food, getting firewood and tending to their animals. At the end of the day, though, family time is the best time.

I have been in the grading and underground construction industry for over 25 years. I’m coming from being a superintendent of a gps grading company where I over saw day to day work such as Safety, lay out of the crew, working with other foremen and job superintendents. I also fixed mechanical issues with the equipment and set up the gps machine control and rover units. I am a journeyman operator on most equipment and am a finish dozer and blade operator. I have worked on small grading jobs such as custom home pads to moving thousands of yards of dirt with 657 scrapers. I grew up in the rodeo lifestyle as a pro bull rider and fell in love with Idaho and knew I would end up here one day.
